Meet The Staff

Surgical Assistant

Mandy Radtke

I have worked in oral surgery since 1999.  I truly love what I do.  It is my goal to treat every patient as if they are part of my family.  Working in oral surgery gives you a chance to see so many different things which makes for a great mix up to the day.  I am so honored to be a part of this team at Ruckman Oral Surgery.  We all work very well together.  It is truly a family dynamic!  I married the love of my life in 2013. We have 2 kids, JJ and Natalie which keep us very busy.

Surgical Assistant

Lauren Sweet

I have worked in Oral Surgery for 4 years now. I graduated from the IPFW Dental Assisting Program and became a CDA in 2013. I love Oral Surgery because of the variety of procedures that can be done on a daily basis so you’re learning and observing new things every day. I love taking care of the patients as well and making them feel comfortable and at home in our office. I am excited to work with Dr. Ruckman and his team to provide great patient care. I am married to my husband Jordan and we have two daughters. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside in the sunshine, baking, and exercising.

Surgical Assistant

Jordan Gienger

Jordan is relatively new to Oral Surgery, as he attended Indiana-Purdue University of Fort Wayne Dental Assisting Program and graduated in 2017.  Upon graduation, he has consistently been passionate about oral surgery.  Jordan is a Certified Dental Assistant, DANB Certified, member of ADAA, has his license in Radiology and is CPR certified.  He loves what he does, especially meeting new patients and taking care of them for a better future with their oral health.  He lives in Auburn with his husband Andrew and their dog Norman.  He enjoys his free time being outside on the lake with family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator

Heather Hoeppner

I really enjoy being part of Dr. Ruckman’s team. Being in the front office allows me to meet and interact with each of the patients on a daily basis. My experience as an office coordinator has allowed me to understand that a patient’s treatment starts with the initial phone call or first impression. It’s my goal to make that a seamless and enjoyable part of the overall care plan. I grew up in North Webster, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University…however I am now a big Michigan fan! I currently live in Leo with my husband and 3 children. I enjoy shopping, and spending time with my family and friends.
